Whilst accepting some issues which are adding significantly to schools’ and teachers’ workload are outside of our control (see @LeadingLearner’s post here), there are other issues which we can address as teachers and leaders.

Reading Time: 5 minutes The idea for this particular 5MinPlan came about, when reviewing our school’s behaviour policy. When considering implementing change you need to think carefully if there is the need for change. The change plan is based on the work of Kotter (1996) and Blanchard et al (2009).
